I purchased an item and arrived as single unit not the pack of 5 featured. The seller is claiming they were showing the number of available not what was included in the sale. I can't find any way to open a case for eBay to step in- why is this hidden from me? How do I proceed. Ps today is the delivery date but I had it 2 days ago and comms with the seller has stalled.

Assuming you are right about the number, you need to go to the resolution centre and open a case for item not as described.

Thanks I tried that but it ends at dead end. eBay says ‘it’s on its way’

Looks like you tried to open item not received case, has to NOT AS DESCRIBED, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund, escalate after 3 working days if no label or refund.
