Hi. I'm trying to switch to a business account, but the only options that come up are 'limited company' or 'partnership' and I am neither of these. The help button says to choose 'sole prop / owner' but there is no option for this! If I select 'limited company' it won't proceed unless I enter a company reference number, which I don't have.
Has anyone else had this and know how to get round it please?
