Go to your Account tab top left on your homepage, from drop down list there select Site Preferences. Scroll down to Block Buyers who ....... Show / Edit, buyer exemption link, add buyer ID and submit. If you scroll down to the bottom of that page, there is a little box to tick to stop any unwanted email/messages from them too.
