How to Mark an Item delivered?

Hi Everyone,

I have won a bid on an item it's been delivered and I've left feed back but the item still says out for delivery how can I mark it as delivered so the funds are released to the seller?

You cannot mark it as delivered if that's what your seller is asking you to do.  Feedback given is the nearest to say an item has been successfully delivered.

Advise your seller,  as they seem to be a new seller under Paypal's 21 day hold,  that if they enter tracking where they marked the item as dispatched this will release their money sooner,  within 7 days after the item's last estimated date for delivery.
