So two weeks ago I picked up a parcel and found that it was a counterfeit item (there were several tells) and immediately logged it with eBay. I got a message on the screen straight after saying that my report had been sent, but I've heard nothing since.
I'm reluctant to start a refund process as I do not want anyone else to be duped by the seller. I would rather destroy the item than someone waste their money.
