How do you upload a video?

Been asked by a seller to provide a video but no clear instructions found on how to upload one any tips please cheers

You can't Upload Videos. Is this for an EBay Returns Case?  if so it is a delaying tactic to run you out of time. Just deal with the Ebay Case and ignore the Seller.
