How do you report FRAUD by ebay?

I have disputes being opened and closed immediatly and I cant get help from ebay. 

Therefore I want to report Ebay for fraud for allowing this and not responding to me. They are as bad as the peoplecommitting the fraud as they are the ones taking the money. Have blocked funding from my bank and registered it with them .

if a buyer opens a not received case and you haven't uploaded a tracking number that shows the item as delivered the dispute is closed immediately in the buyers favour, ebay don't need to communicate with you about this, it is cut and dried.

If you want to tell us more about these cases we can probably explain why this happened. We don't even know whether you were the buyer or the seller, which makes it hard to help you. There might even be something you can do about it, we just don't know.

One thing you can be sure of is that this will be covered by eBay's terms and conditions, probably in their money back guarantee policy. Like all of us, when you accepted the user agreement you gave eBay the power to decide all disputes between members, and agreed to accept their decisions.

You need to explain properly.

Only fraud I can see is that you are an unregistered business seller, suggest you upgrade ASAP, you are already on ebay radar.
