It's time ebay made so-called 'buyers' pay an instant deposit on items when they click buy now or an offer is accepted. I've had 3 now on 1 car for sale! They say ''oh sorry I meant to click offer'' or ''oh I didn't realise where you where'' despite it clearly saying location in ad. They never ask any questions first, just click to buy. The item falls from sale. I lose all the watchers and have to spend time relisting. Total timewasters need to be dealt with. It's ruining ebay's genuine and honest members.
