How do I prove my innocents?

hi 

please can someone help me I have been permantly restricted from selling on eBay as I have high risk selling behaviour?????? I was told a Gucci phone case I was selling was fake the said item was purchased by me FROM EBAY !!!! The only mistake I made was not looking at the size  it was to small so I relisted since being restricted I have had the item authenticated and have also gathered proof from other sources   But it has made no difference EBAY WERE WRONG  mix don't no what else I can do my feedback was 100% and if eBay had bothered looking at the feedback they would of seen that my customers were more than happy and they no me as a fair and HONEST  seller I have not had a return in 6 monthes so for eBay to say about high risk selling behaviour is totally unfair and unjustified what can I do to resolve this
