I purchased an item that didn't arrive and I received a refund from the seller. Since then the item has arrived, it was wrongly addressed.
I have been trying to contact the seller but ebay doesn't recognise the activity (it has been some time) and I can't arrange to pay again.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
You could try using the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account, or send a cheque if you have the seller's address. Or ask them to relist it on ebay so you can "buy" and pay again.
