How do I know if an item is covered by GSP?

I'm considering buying something from the USA to ship to the UK and I can't tell if the item is sent via GSP where all shipping costs and fees quoted at checkout would be fixed, with no extra costs later on.

eBay says that there will be a GSP link on the listing. I can't see one, but when I tap on the info buttons it refers to the GSP T&C's.

How do I know for sure whether an item is covered?

Just below the postage on the listing a GSP item will say -   Posts to: United Kingdom and many other countries.   Then click on "See details" next to that to see a full list of countries.
