How do I get eBay to listen

How can I get eBay off my back, I paid cash on collection for a recent purchase but eBay keep pestering me to pay and seeing as you can't speak to the **bleep**'s any more and the so called help options aren't any good what do you do?

It isn't eBay's fault, it's your seller's. When you pay by cash, eBay doesn't know until the seller marks the item as paid.

It takes all of ten seconds to do. Ask them to do it.
