I have a £12.50 ebay payment on my credit card for a date that have a £2.95 purchase. I don't reconnise the code and there is nothing else in my purchase history. How do I contact eBay itself ,please?
Go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left. Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".
