How do I change or retract negative feedback?

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can retract or change negative feedback on a seller after I've been refunded?

When I go in and alter it, it won't save. It just says that as I've been refunded the item can't be displayed.

the seller has to send you a feedback revision request
