How can I leave negative feedback after e ay have closed the case

Several times I have had winning bids on some of my items and then the buyer fails to pay.

It's Ok that e bay close's the case and refunds fees but I cannot then seem to send negative feedback showing the problem to other decent e bayers, is there a way to do this or do e bay stop this from happening, a bit counter protective for the honest  sellers who would  want to avoid this type of time wasting buyer.

The option to leave neg or neutral was removed 10 years ago because some sellers were abusing the system and using it to bully and threaten buyers.

Use the tools ebay provide (which does not include leaving any FB) - unpaid item case, add to BBL and set buyer requirement blocks to block anyone with 2+ strikes in last 12 months.

Never be tempted to leave false positive FB for a buyer, it is a policy violation and will damage your account if it is picked up by ebay. It doesn't help you and it doesn't help other sellers. The strike from an unpaid item case does far more damage to the non-payer's account than a few silly words on their FB profile.

If you were able to leave negative feedback it would serve no purpose. Until you have a bidder, which is likely to be at the very end, or the buyer of a BIN, you cannot read their feedback until it is too late.

It is much more effective to block members with two or more Unpaid Strikes, if everyone did this it would teach them a lesson, but I am afraid too many people allow them to get away with this behaviour and the seller still pays the selling fee.

EBay stops this from happening.

Sellers are only allowed to leave positive feedback, or no feedback for buyers.

No mention is permitted to be made of anything negative, however badly a buyer may have behaved.

At lest non-payers can get an unpaid item strike. The real frustration is when a buyer has lied, cheated or abused the seller, but none of this is allowed to be made known to other sellers. This is just one of many reasons why eBay has become such a risky place to sell things.

Buyers can't receive negative feedback, if sellers leave negative comments, it can be reported & removed.

Opening & closing unpaid case has more effect, make sure you set buyer requirements so buyers with with 2 or more unpaid strikes in 12 months are blocked.
