I've not really used eBay before but I've just purchased a ps5 (PayPal) however the seller has now removed item, and now my delivery update has said caneled shipment and there's been no update on what's going on with my purchase....I have tried contacting seller however no response on there end... I'm unsure on how long to wait or what to do.

Sounds like you bought from a Compromised Account. The Item probably didn't exist. If you Paid through PayPal open an Item Not Received Case. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Add in the Notes that Ebay have Removed the Listing. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.

Cances of refund usually very good,seller has to prove delivery or refund full amount paid.Open your case with Paypal as ruby has advised

You should receive a Full Refund. You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal.
