Hi I would like somebody help please Basically I bought a mobile form of eBay i paid for it straight away I even opted in for special delivery which cost me an extra 9 pound 50  So technically I should have had the item on Monday but never received any think Then on the Thursday I received a parcel with an empty padded envelope When I Checked tracking on eBay it said that it had been delivered then all of a sudden I seen somebody left feedback and said there was no phone in the parcel so basically me and this Over  gentleman must Bought form the same eBay person  So basically the tracking number I received was for his parcel which is under the tracking on the item I've purchased which is about 4 hours away from myself and basically I received his But I ask eBay to step in and I registered the claim as not receiving the parcel instead of me saying if received the parcel but what I received was not the Item  I ordered So ive had to restart my claim today what time asking what would happen in this situation I do believe that hes committing fraud has since me and This of a man as part feedback on his score  Since then he must have done it to somebody else to So what would happen on to the circumstances it was and he phone 12 Mini and when the parcel came it came with  just 2 1st class stamps recorded delivery not even special you would think that he would the Scented special delivery with it being so expensive  Just worried now as it says I cant do anything till the 10th of July and then it says on The bottom of the message If myself all the Sela cant agree it will stay open till the 9th of August  EBay cant make me wait that amount  to get my money back  help please

If the seller knows the rules they can get your neg removed for mentioning eBay / police.

Unfortunately ,  you opened the wrong case,  probably what the seller was hoping for,  because for a case of item not received,  all they had to do,   was to enter a tracking number,  it showed delivery ,albeit an empty parcel,  and the case closes in their favour.

You cannot open another case with eBay.

Open a case now for item not as described with Paypal,  escalate after 2 days and before 20 for a refund.

They will delve into cases more deeply than eBay,  so the refund will take longer to materialise from them.
