If it is the usual Promotion it only applies to certain sellers and they are on Ebay UK.
Read the Tems and Conditions I am certain that no sellers in the USA would be on the list and I am not even sure that being in Nigeria would allow you to use it with a UK seller either. Not all sellers sell outside the UK.
