Haven’t received a Returns label

I’m returning an item to seller. He has initiated a returns label, but eBay haven’t emailed it to me. I’ve clicked on Print Returns Label, and get the message that eBay will email it to me. Have done this several times but no email label has come through. It’s been over an hour now.
