Hacked account

Hello all, could someone please advise me how to sort this problem out.

I had a notification that i had won an item that i had not even bidded on. i immediately contacted the seller to tell him that must of been hacked as i did not do any bidding and put in a request to cancel this transaction.

When i looked at my bank account  a few hours later this transaction had been completed and the seller had been paid even though the status was cancellation request.

Three days later i got an email from ebay saying "We couldn't cancel your order bnecause it is to late to cancel"

Eventually the seller got in contact and said he would refund me but he has only received £86 {£100 was paid from my account) and that he has not heard anything from ebay about cancelling this order.

What can i do to get my all money back now as i cannot seem to be getting anywhere with the help topics

You should be worried that if you did not buy it how did someone not only to buy an item but to make payment from your bank or paypal.

YOu need to change your passwords on both sites.

Have you checked your purchase history as if it is in your purchase history did someone in your household buy?.

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing         

If it has not been cancelled and you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
