I am the seller. My buyer is not happy with the item I sold as it has now broke. I am happy to refund without them returning the item. I have tried to refund via ebay but it is saying ' your refund did not go through. please try again later or contact us ' but there is no link and I cannot find a number to speak to a human being and get this resolved ASAP !
