Goods sent in good order but Buyer says differently

Hi

I reciently sent a pair of shoes to a buyer, they left me as per the photo I uploaded on Ebay.

The Buyer requested a refund saying they were scuffed and sent photos to prove what she was saying

Buyer also confirmed package was not damaged.

My problem is the shoes were sold for £4 + £3.20 P&P out of which I made £2.98 after fees Vat Lable

I know the shoes left me in good condition but now I find myself being asked for £7.20 refund and having to pay for return lable when I have done nothing wrong.

Any help suggestion would be appriciated

Sorry this has happened with you. Shoes can be a problem if they don't Fit as Buyers imagine a Fault so the Seller has to pay the Return Postage. Best to just accept the Return within 3 Business Days. Ebay will Credit your Seller Fee. Ebay favour the Buyer as they are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee. Up to you if you want to generate a Returns Label at your Cost or just Refund and let the Buyer keep them. There is No other option.
