For some reason, after selling through the Global Shipping centre for as long as it has been going, on one of my latest sales I was only given the option to post it myself. I sell mainly china, which has never been a problem until now, and I have not received any notification of change of rules. The phone chat did not resolve anything and supposedly has been escalated, but I wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem? I sent over 30 parcels this way since the start of last year.
