Global Shipping Programme

Hi,

We offer international shipping rates - but also have opted into GSP.

However - we have sold all over the world at weekend and not one has been put through the GSP.

Can someone shed some light on this please?

eBay have said its ok to have our own international postage AND GSP as a second option yet we have only sold using our own postage charges applied so far.

had a quick look at your listing and only some are in Global - if the listing is not in Global you cannot use Global after the sale.

We have over 2000 listings, some items are UK only (so have there own shipping policies)
The rest we sell internationally, so if we have made sales on these are you saying we cannot ship via GSP?

Some of your listing have your own international postage and once you make a sale you cannot use Global for that.

Other listings have Global and once you make a sale you have to use Global and cannot make your own postage arrangements.

Thank you - I have been told by eBay I can have both options.... Totally confusing!

If I remove all international postage from my listings and just apply the GSP - I think this is worth a trial 🙂

If you use GSP then you will only be able to ship to the countries that the GSP applies too.
So not all countries
