Global Shipping Exclusions

We have noticed since the COVID-19 that Global Shipping have excluded some countries from buying from us.

We have no exclusions yet some items do not deliver to Brazil as an example but some items do.

It is quite frustrating as a buyer in Brazil would like an item from UK. We only offer Global Shipping.

Some excluded countries such as Cuba one can understand, but the list is quite long such as: Armenia, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Republic of, Djibouti, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Haiti, Lebanon, Mauritania, Montenegro, Peru, Western Samoa, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Tunisia, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Barbados, Fiji, Guyana, India, Mauritius, Rwanda, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ukraine, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Botswana, Chad ... Anyone from Global Shipping on this forum?

No we are only members like you.

Global Make there own rules. As they are responsible for any losses after an item is delivered to them they will obviously not want to get involved in shipping if they are aware of problems and potential losses for themselves.

That is precisely what you are doing by not dealing direct with your buyers, cutting down on potential claims of not received etc., and passing the Buck to Global.

Why can't you ship direct, I am sure your buyers would find it cheaper.
