Global Shipping DISAPPEARED and can't do International deliveries

Woke up this morning to messages from buyers who flagged me that they are not able to order from me. I am UK based they are Belgian.It was strange as just the day before I sent books abroad with no issues whatsoever.

So I checked my listings and the Global Shipping disappeared and shows that I only ship within the UK. And my listings are ONLY visible here, nowhere else ;(

Tried everything:

- revise it, but funnily enough the GSP was there and ticked, and I am Opted IN 

- tried Opt in and out and in

- google chrome

- end listing and redo it

- do brand new listing 

NOTHING... Customer support just kept transferring me 5 times and i lost a big amout of sale. I have yo wait 72 hrs for investigation ...

Anyone had this? What is happening? Not paying enough fee charges per month???

I have no idea why GSP should have disappeared, but why not do your buyers a  favour and ship yourself.  

I am sure that you can post cheaper than using the GSP, it is not as though it is difficult.

Agreed, but the issue is this glitch made my listings invisible for outside UK buyers, and tried everything. My daily views went from 400 (its a lot for me) to like 20 since this and people from abroad asking what happened.
