Hi, I order item, it was late with estimate 4days, ok fair enough. 
item shipping was free but I need to pay fee for post £1.50 tel to seller but he say it is nothing what he can to do as he not pay enough for postage and I need to pay. How I can get my postage back?

If you have already paid it you can't get it back if the seller wont repay you.

If you haven't yet paid notify the seller and if they wont pay you can leave it to be returned and claim non delivery
