Getting postage costs back after a refused delivery

buyer refuse delivery does want item. ebay refund buyer. I appeal decision. eBay refund me item cost. Purchased label through ebay packlink but listed as fast & free. How do I get my postage cost back ???

if you didn't charge a separate postage cost they were included in the item price,

you don't get more than the buyer paid you!
