Evening All
I've been selling on Ebay for many years & I have been very lucky that I have had virtually no problems. My problem is with a seller. Bought some trainers. Too small. In the pack was a pre-paid sticker for return postage. Seller had trainers back 13/05/20 on tracking. I e-mailed seller this afternoon. Out of Office reply - not back till 30/6/20! Rang ebay but as return not done through them they can't help. Sent me a link for PayPal chat. Filled in form I was taken to a website nothing to do with PayPal. Tried to report seller to PayPal. My concern not covered. Their phone number is constantly engaged.
Is there a good time to ring them? Do you reckon I may need to wait until the end of June? The seller sent me the trainers with Sports Direct stickers on them. Is that the kiss of death? Any help would be gratefully received chaps.

If you bought them on ebay you should still be able to open a case. Go to "More Actions", far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, click on Return this item > Doesn't match description, and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 8/9 days. Don't forget to enter the return tracking number into the case.
