Gallery picture from Auctiva

Over the past 3 days the gallery pictures have stopped showing on my listings that i import from Auctiva.  I havent done anything differently and have used Auctiva for years. Just all of a sudden they are not showing. Can anyone help? Thank you

Lots of reports, have you contacted auctavia?
