GSP return from Germany

so tonight has been a debacle iv been passed to 5 different peopl all telling me they are transferring me to the dept that can sort it!! I sold a dress to gremany i got a return request hrough today not as described, but the 2 pics they sent showed no damage, it was all in german but the ebay reps couldnt see any damage in the pics either, My funds are on hold for the price of the dress and the £3. shipping as it went via GSP. the reps are all telling me different things im worried i will have to pay the full GSP costs as if thats the case she may asell just keep the dress. The last rep said as it was bought via a german sight she cant advise me as she wasnt trained on German practice.... can anyone advise me what to do.

New message from:  I was at a party when I noticed the item as you can see I have one also now in saying that up on after purchasing the item I inquired additional information I noticed there is no picture of the back and the strap look scuffed by the tip whether holes are that's it means it would be pretty much a month before I receive it if only the back imprint D&C and the word dolce & Gabbana picture was visible the back stamp
