GSP Help needed

Further to my earlier thread, more information is as follows: -

 

I am at my wits end! Unfortunatley, I think the case is now closed as far as Ebay Germany is concerned. I received an email from them informing me that they had opened a case against me but in the time  it took me to get hold of ebay here, they (ebay Germany) sent me another email informing me that the case had been found in favour of the buyer.  Strangely, dispite the fact that I had not spoken to them as yet, they made a point of telling me that they do not recognise english tracking services.  I called ebay UK again and told them this and the agent apologised and told me there had been a mistake at their end and that I would get my money back from GSP becuause they had issued the refund from my account.  She told me to wait until I heard from the Specialist Team that she had passed it onto.  I did not hear anything so called back and this time was told that I should not have been told that I would get a refund as the issue was between myslelf and ebay Germany.  This is erronious!  Responsibility for the item passed to the GSP as soon as their member of staff signed for it so why arent ebay Germany asking the GSP to explain themselves?  Can someone help me get through to the GSP team please?
