So every time I am winning an auction, I get outbid by someone who just happens to have placed 100% of his total bids with the seller, smell a rat! What an original way to hike up your prices, well you don't fool me. You know who you are!!!! eBay needs to get its act together and clamp down on this lowly and deceitful practice

Report the live listings, use the option stating that the seller is using other accounts to inflate their prices.

However, if you place your maximum bid as close to auction end as possible you won't get outbid by a shill bidder.
