Funds on Hold

I sold an item on ebay  18th August £200.  The item was collected in person by the buyer and marked as such on ebay. Positive feedback has been recorded by both the seller and b uyer, yet the funds are STILL on hold.  How can I release them?  I have no tracking number to upload.

Best to get Cash for collection items = > No 21 day payment holds /need for QR scans/codes/ PayPal fees/ Chargebacks / or later claims for damage/not received etc. Without mobiles/Apps scan/codes, use More actions to mark as paid/delivered >

Without delivery confirmation, (which you don't have) you may need to wait out the complete 21 days ...see policies >

Sorry but without Tracking you will have to wait the 21 days. You could have asked for CASH ON COLLECTION PREFERRED on your Listing. No Hold, No PayPal Fees. Buyer cannot open a Returns Case.
