Hi all, had an issue where I sold an item, went to post and the item has broken, I've tried to offer a refund but they still want the final sale fee at £67, if I contact eBay will they refund me this ?
If you issue a cancellation the refund is automatic and your fee should be refunded too. On My eBay click on the little arrow, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order. If the buyer has agreed to cancel use that reason.
