Hi,

A buyer gave me five stars after receiving my item, but left a comment that she had tried to contact me and i hadn't got back to her, she then went on to ask ebay to step in.

I found this very odd as no contact was made, only to say she loved the item. I contacted the buyer, to which her reply was "I didn't  leave any message  and I have given you five stars, which she had, she stated how sorry she was but had no idea what I was on about, she said she couldnt see the message left, all very odd !

I then checked her feedback which she has given to other sellers, and the same message appears in a few of her feedback reviews, she then writes messages apologising for leaving the feedback !!!

I have asked her to remove the comments but she stated that she can't do it because she dosen't know how, and neither do I, can anyone help please.
