Feedback Revision Request Using the App

Hi,

 

Buyer says there was a glitch when he left feedback for me - it should be positive, but it is showing a nuetral (remark is positive).  He says that the same thing happened to another seller he left feedback for (although I can't see it on his feedback for others)

 

I have sent a revision request to him, he says that he cannot see how to use the form as he is using the ebay app.  Is there something wrong with the app?  Is there an email address I contact ebay to try and sort it out? I would ordinarily use the live chat, but it seems to have gone awol!
