So I bought a seatpost from China. It`s faulty as it doesn`t clamp my seat and it slips. I`ve opened a returns case under `Doesn't work or is defective`. The seller has refused the return and the case has been closed.
How has this happened. I thought any item that is faulty can`t be refused a return. There is no way for me to appeal the decision either.
The seatpost was £65.
