Seller kept saying well looking into it and now it's saying it's too late for a refund  what can I do??

You dont let sellers run you out of time

You have 30 days on ebay to open a dispute

You could try paypal if you paid that way

You need to sign up for their returns if you can

Escalate the dispute as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days

You have 30 days from receipt, once over 30 days then there is nothing you can do through Ebay.

You will have to see if your payment provider can help.

Every listing has , top right, a link to the 30 day money back guarantee it is a good idea to read this, and never allow a seller to con you again, so that you are out of time.
