How can you report a seller giving false details on a sale item

If you get something which is not as described on the listing [different brand] then you go to the resolution centre [link below] and open a "not as described case" and the seller [if in UK] will send a label to return and refund.  This is the only way to deal with it. There is no other realistic way to report this to ebay. 

If several buyers open cases then eBay will probably ban them. 

If the seller is abroad there is [or was] a way to deal with it through Paypal.

Issue sorted.
It was dealt with as a copyright problem.

There is a report button half way down the right hand side of every lsiting.  Then,   choose the correct options on the 3  titles given  to report the item.

It doesn't seem to have an option to allow reporting a seller posting information that an item is a certain brand and model, when what you receive is a different one. Could I report it as a copyright violation ?
