Hi I have received a fake item and have contacted the seller but they hav'nt responded. Can anyone advise how I raise the issue now with ebay to resolve?

It is pointless contacting the seller. Go to the resolution centre [link below] and open a "not as described case". This notifies the seller and eBay. The seller will send you a label to return and when you do so will refund in full. If he does not send the label [through the case] then escalate the case to eBay. It's all basically automated. Do not get into any arguments with seller. Just ignore him and use the case
