Hi I sent a pair of shoes in excellent condition , photos to prove this. Buyer sent photos claiming the shoes were damaged?. I showed her and ebay the photos that prove they were not my shoes. She first offed half of what she paid as she like the shoes, then a full refund. Dispite the evidence the photos and emails from her and the fact I had paid more thanshe paid in postage for next day at no extra charge. Ebay decided in her favour. She had to return them to me and I would have to give her the postage cost thats fine . The case is now closed? . As she has never returned the shoes or made contact.I have no shoes and no payment?. Will I get my payment?.
