Error message

I am trying to purchase a product which is being sold in the uk and  it will be delivered to my friend at a Uk address.

I keep getting an error the following error  message 

"The importation of used or refurbished goods may be sunjecrtto an import liscense."

please can anyone assis

Based in South Africa with a UK registered account, you will be subject to relevant Import restrictions and 20% VAT Import fees even if the delivery address is within the UK , and if the Buyer or Seller is based/registered anywhere  outside the UK >

Simple to buy without tax fees/restrictions if your friend uses an eBay account with a valid UK address or purchases as a Guest through eBay checkout using a UK  delivery address.

It would probably help if you said what it was.  Might then have some idea what the problem is.

It would be far easier to let your Friend Buy and you send him the money.

The problem is that you are in South Africa, and the system will not co-operate.
