Error 99

I've tried several times to purchase an item, and everytime despite changing the item, I get the same regardless of how many the seller has available... EEROR 99

You have not used this account much since opening it,  it may just be worthwhile to contact ebay Customer Support just to verify you are the account holder from the Help & Contact tab above.

What are you trying to buy?  If it is any sort of knife,   even cutlery set,  you do have to have a credit card registered on file,  this to prove you are over the age of 18,  legal age to buy these items in the UK.

That'll make sense

I was going to do that at check iutn, looks like I got to do it first, as getting a lighter.... But as would've/is free due to eBay bonus for noobs (even tho had an old account but can't remember details).
