Hi I bought an England shirt on eBay I paid for it through PayPal and the listing has been deleted! Not answering messages so I have no idea weather I shall receive it , PayPal says it's been accepted
EBay have Removed it then. If you don't Receive it open an Item Not Received Case with PayPal. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Add that Ebay have Removed the Listing into the Notes. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
