A buyer has bought a .PDF from me. They are international buyer and it keeps asking them for postage costs but I am going to email it to him. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the shipping costs
EBay does not permit digitally delivered goods though ... Print it out and put it in a large envelope!

It should be obvious that as you will have noproof of delivery the buyer can opena Not Received case and get a full refund.
Digital Items are not allowed to be sold on ebay, so do not expect any sympathy or help from ebay when everything goes wrong.
