Ebay wan let want let me bid on an item over 15000.says my bidding and buying limit has been reached
You could try and increase your Limit. But I doubt that Ebay would change their mind for that amount of Money.
If it is a Vehicle you don't Pay for it until you have been an inspected it. There is No Buyer Protection on Vehicles.
