Hi ebay are with holding funds for a claim for an item not received by my buyer which was resolved weeks ago. How can I get them to pay the money they are holding.
Money is always held when a case is in progress. Once resolved through the case details money should be released, and it takes around 72 hours or less.
If it has not been released in weeks , something is amiss.
