Anyone out there? I can't get into the Parts of my a/c that allow me to register as dispatched.

I can;t get into the bit that is supposed to help . How does a person get access via web conversation with an operative.

I used to be able to do that too. No more.

Hi..your current difficulties may just be the latest Ebay glitches which hopefully they will sort out soon

I use a pc.  Go to the help and contact tab at the top of the page and search

I just tried it and live chat does appear to be available at the minute but saying that there is also currently this message....
