Ebay fees when its a cash on collection item

You sell a large item and its cash on collection. When the item has been collected I mark the item as paid and dispatched (Ive read the advice on similar posts on here!) But ...  now that Ebay dont collect the money at month end and Ive been paid cash - how does Ebay get its 'fee' money'? I've hunted all over Ebay and I cant find it mentioned anywhere. I'm on managed payments, and apart from not really knowing what the final cost will be til I get a 'pay out' I dont have any real concerns. When its a cash payment its not managed by Ebay cos I've got the money!!  ..... your thoughts please...

they will take the fee from any money you have waiting to be transaferred to your bank,

if you don't have any pending funds they will take it from your bank account

Ebay charge their fee as soon as item sells.

If you sell other items & get paid via ebay, then all fees will deducted from that before sending net amount to your bank.

If no sales, they will use DD to collect fee.
